Cynthiana Elk Commissioned as Kentucky Colonel

PATRICK SINCLAIR presented BRIAN KINNEY  a  KENTUCKY COLONEL COMMISSION on AUG. 25, 2020 for his Volunteer work and donations, which he has been able to provide with help from the Elks National Veterans Service Commission (ENVSC) and CYNTHIANA ELKS Lodge # 438 for the LEXINGTON VA hospital and for his work with the HARRISON COUNTY CHILDREN through the KIWANIS CLUB OF CYNTHIANA.

"My Volunteerism is something that gives me great pride in taking care of my fellow VETERANS, and the CHILDREN not only in our local community but throughout the state of Kentucky."
