Brother and Sister Elks,

It is a true honor to have been installed as the District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the Kentucky East District for the 2026–2027 year in Chicago, IL.

​

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Roberta Mullins for her guidance and support over the past year while I served as his Esquire. Congratulations to her on a successful term as DDGER for KY East!

 

This year, I am proud to be traveling with a dedicated team:

• Kimberely Hicks, PER from Florence Lodge #314, serving as Esquire

• Michael Crump, PER from Cynthiana #438, serving as auditor

• Larry Hall, PER from Winchester Lodge #2816, serving as Safety Inspector

We are looking forward to visiting all the lodges in the East District over the coming months.

The KY East District Deputy Clinic will be held on Sunday, August 23rd, beginning at 9:00 AM at Frankfort Lodge #530.
