I am looking forward to visiting the East Lodges this year with my traveling team: Esquire Pat Spaulding, Auditor Roberta Parsons and Safety Inspector Dave Mullins. My DD Clinic will be held on August 20th in Ashland.

My name is Janet Cartwright and this year I have the privilege of being your DD for the West for this 2023-2024 year. I am very excited about visiting your lodges with my team and helping to spread the word, "We are Elks". I have served in a variety of positions; ER, Trustee, State Soccer Chairman, West District Hoop Shoot Chairperson, and VAVS Veterans representative for the Western Ky Veterans Center.​​
