Middlesboro Elks Lodge # Easter Egg Hunt Success
On Saturday, April 16th Middlesboro Elks Lodge held its annual community wide Easter Egg Hunt for children from toddler through age 12.
A tradition in Middlesboro for many years the Elks gave out almost four hundred dollars for prize eggs to many lucky children. In addition, this year for the first time the Elks offered as a grand prize a brand-new bicycle to one especially lucky child in each age group.
Pictured are some of the lucky children recently gathered at the Lodge building to receive their new bikes.
From left are Jaycee Hatfield with her father Jeff Hatfield, Brailey Jones, Erin Whitaker, Project Chairman Bo Silcox, Isabella Barnett with her father Thomas Barnett and Lodge Trustee Donnie Buttery.
Two other children not pictured also won bicycles.
