KY Elks Association – Mid-Term Convention Registration Now Open!

While all Elks are enjoying the rising temperatures of Spring, the Elks of Lyndon Lodge 2052 are diligently working to prepare for Mid-Term Convention.

Lyndon Elks Lodge #2052 would like to welcome you to be our guests at the 2022 Kentucky Elks Association Mid-Term Convention, August 5-6, 2022. Please join us to welcome the Grand Exalted Ruler, State Sponsor Ron Hicks and the Indiana State President.

The hotel for the event will be Holiday Inn Louisville East located at 1325 Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, Kentucky 40222. Registration Fee will be $95.00 plus tax if you register prior to 30 June 2022. Registration after after 30 June will be $105.

Rooms are under "Elks Mid-Year 2022 Convention" and can be reserved online by registering for the convention and reserving your room by clicking here: 2022 Mid-Term Registration.

Ads for convention program are $100.00 for a full page, $50.00 for a half page and $25.00 for a ¼ page. Please submit ads no later than July 1st, 2022. Mail them to:

Credentials will be available at the Hotel Friday 3:00 – 5:00 PM, and at the Lyndon Elks Lodge on Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Business meeting will start Saturday morning at the Lyndon Lodge at 09:00 ET.

Dress for convention dinner Saturday night will be Summer Formal.

Shuttle service will be available to and from Lodge and Hotel Friday - Saturday.
