Dear Exalted Rulers:

To complete the business items that need to be handled, as promised, we will have a Leadership Conference on 4/10/2021 at Louisville Elks Lodge #8 from 1pm to 4pm. All Exalted Rulers or Leading Knight are asked to be present to represent their Lodge and cast votes as needed. Any other members coming down for the Combined DD Clinic are welcome also.

• Your 2021-2022 officers will be installed at this event.

• The 2021-2022 Budget will be presented and voted on.

• My Lodge, like some others had money set aside in restricted funds from fundraising events for the Parade of Lodges in February. Unfortunately, that did not happen, so we will be having a Parade of Lodges to give you the opportunity to release those funds and get them working for our Kids with Cancer project. We will also have some exciting news on a new fundraiser to give us a jump in securing that we will have the funds needed to continue this project for years to come.

• I would also like every ER to bring a copy of your 2021-2022 Lodge Committee Chairpersons form.

If you plan on staying overnight for the DD Clinic, they have rooms booked at Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville East under Lyndon Elks DD Clinic for $89 a night plus taxes. Call 502-429-9070 for reservations.
