Elks Charitable Reporting Made Easy
Updated: Aug 21, 2022

Charitable Reporting is a challenge for some Elks and Elks Lodges to track. Each year the Elks contribute millions of dollars worth of time and money - as well as goods and services - to hundreds of worthwhile programs throughout the nation. Tracking this generosity online is one of the key ways we maintain our 501(c)(8) tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
Below is a link to report Local Lodge Giving.
Remember, If you are the Chair of a State Committee, please report your committee's Charitable Contributions to the State Secretary in March of each Elk Year.
Kentucky Elks Association is also providing several reference guides and forms to help make Charitable giving reporting easy. These can be downloaded here or via the Download Page.
