2023 February State Convention Registration Open

The February 2023 Convention will soon be upon us and will be hosted by Newport Lodge #273, February 16-19. We welcome all Elks and guests to join us here in Northern Kentucky.
We are honored to have our State Sponsor Ron Hicks, PGER and wife Nancy in attendance and the West Virginia State President Kenneth Kormendy.
We have 75 rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 8 Hampton Lane, Wilder, KY 41076. Rates are: King Standard $99 (45)/King Suite $119 (10)/Double Queen Suite $129 (20) per night plus. The hospitality room will be in this hotel. Check-In is 3PM or after and Check-Out is 11AM. Guests can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (859) 815-8855 and asking for the Kentucky Elk Association State Conference Block. Rooms will be released after January 26, 2023.
Credentials pickup will be at the Lodge only. We will have shuttle service running from the hotel to the Lodge.
Ads for our program will be $100 for a full page, $50 for a half page and $25 for a quarter page. We must have your ad copy and payment no later than January 15th. Please mail ads to:
